Ratan Tata Dies At 86: PM Modi, Anand Mahendra Offer Their Condolences
Ratan Tata passed away on Wednesday at Breach Candy Hospital at the age of 86. He took his last breath in the hospital.
Ratan Tata had been admitted to the hospital for a few days, receiving treatment in the ICU. On Monday, he even updated his social media, assuring everyone that he was fine and was only in the hospital for a routine check-up.
As soon as the news of his death broke, senior officials of the Mumbai Police were informed first to ensure security, and security will be increased at Breach Candy Hospital, where Ratan Tata passed away.
It is said that Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will visit the hospital late at night.
