Over 24 Shots Fired at Elvish Yadav’s Gurugram Home, Police Launch Investigation
Over 24 shots fired at Elvish Yadav’s Gurugram home in the early hours of Sunday, leaving residents shocked but unharmed. Police confirmed that three unidentified assailants on bikes opened fire at the YouTuber’s Sector 57 residence before fleeing the spot.
The incident occurred between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. According to Gurugram Police, the attackers fired more than two dozen rounds, hitting the walls and windows of the ground and first floors. Luckily, no one was injured.
At the time of the firing, Elvish Yadav was not at home. He stays on the second floor of the house, while only his family members and a caretaker were present during the attack.
Sandeep Kumar, PRO of Gurugram Police, confirmed the details and said, “Three masked men opened fire outside the residence of YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav around 5:30 AM. Over a dozen rounds were discharged. Yadav was not at his residence when the firing took place.”
Police teams immediately reached the spot, collected forensic evidence, and began scanning CCTV footage from nearby areas. Officials said legal proceedings are underway, but further action will depend on a formal complaint filed by Yadav’s family.

Family members told Bharat Details that Elvish had not received any threats prior to the incident. The YouTuber is currently outside Haryana.
Elvish Yadav, 26, rose to fame as a content creator before winning Bigg Boss OTT 2 in 2023. With a massive fan following on social media, he has also appeared in music videos and films, making him one of the most popular digital personalities in India today.
Police have assured strict action and increased security in the area as investigations continue.
